- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office staff at this establishment have some of the WORST customer service skills. You will literally be stuck on hold every time you call for a minimum of ten minutes - i was on hold once for over 20 minutes - that is when you actually get someone to answer the phone. Also when i went in for the review of tests since they'll never tell you over the phone so they can charge you for the visit, the room was filthy, hand't been cleaned up and one of the assistants breezes in and snatches a dripping-with-goo filthy contraption used on the anual exam from the patient who used the room before me out of the sink THEN they billed my insurance incorrectly and it was a complete mess for weeks resulting in MY having to pay for things i shouldn't have out of pocket - the mess wasn't cleared up FOREVER!!!
