- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No one is a bigger fan of Costco than I am, however we recently decided to try the pharmacy. What a big mistake. I am not sure if it is just a bad IT system or staff that is severely under trained, but every time we go it has resulted in at least a 30 to 45 minute wait. Sometimes it is the "we went to a new system" excuse and sometimes it is just a 10 people in line. There seems to be 8 people working back there, but only one person waiting on customers. I get it might be cheaper, but for me not worth a long wait every time.January 28, 2017by Adam Mungo
