  Good experience. Fa gives great haircuts. The facility lost a star for not allowing tips to be left on credit card, with payment. Inconvenient for customers. There's an ATM in the back, but I'm not keen on using random ATMs that accumulate extra fees.

  ****Terrible First Experiece**** Humaira Farighi, hair and make up artist at the (Chantilly, VA location), did my hair today. I left Solace Day spa in tears. She messed up my hair badly. I explained to her I was not happy with it and she refused to fix it saying that's what I wanted. She said if I wanted her to add more color I would have to come in on Tuesday. My appointment was at 9:00AM. I showed up early and sat in my car. I was super excited as this was my day to relax and I don't do that often as a mother of two (one only two months old). The hair stylist didn't show up to work until 9:20AM. I scheduled this appointment a week in advance. Therefore, I assume she had notice she had an early appointment Saturday. Not only was she late, she told me she was asleep when Mary at the front desk called her to remind her of her appointment. She then proceeded to tell me she was late because she went to a wedding the night before and had not gone to bed until 3AM. She was watching shows after she got home and couldn't sleep. She said she was aware she had to get up early for work the next day. I do hope the matter is dealt with so she doesn't destroy someone else's hair! Mary, the wonderful receptionist, has kindly scheduled me with another stylist to fix this mess I am left with.
